As counsel to East Bay Permanent Real Estate Cooperative, Inc., we support their fundraising efforts by serving as issuer’s counsel for multiple offerings, including private (Regulation D) offerings and federal crowdfunding offerings (Regulation A), as well as leading a number of complementary securities compliance efforts on EB PREC’s behalf.
EB PREC aligns technical, financial, and organizational inputs to support Black, Indigenous, People of Color, and allied communities to cooperatively organize, finance, purchase, and steward mixed-use and residential property in the East Bay area, including in and around Oakland, CA. Our guidance helps clients like EB PREC secure sustainable and aligned funding, create unique opportunities for their friends, neighbors, and allies to support their work, and continue their mission of expanding the number and range of community-controlled assets.
