A native of Tucson, Arizona, Kennedy moved to California to pursue higher education. She earned her B.A. in International Business from the University of California, San Diego, before obtaining her J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. At Loyola, she was deeply involved in mentorship and leadership activities, serving as a mentor in the Young Lawyers Program, which introduces students from underserved communities to the legal profession through hands-on learning and a culminating mock trial. She also held a board position in the Entertainment and Sports Law Society, furthering her engagement with the entertainment legal industry.
