Rebecca is experienced in all phases of civil litigation, including bench and jury trials, arbitration and appeals before federal and state courts throughout California. Her practice is devoted to litigating employment class action matters and handling complex business disputes. Rebecca also has significant appellate experience. She has represented employees in the automotive, hospitality, retail, transportation, healthcare, education, manufacturing and restaurant industries.
